Kindness

And you put yourself out there, allow yourself to be vunerable.
Not because you are ignorant or naive, but because some things just need to be done.
Only to find yourself recieved with exceptional kindness and warmth.
To think, you are about to reach the stage of your life where you can return the favor to someone of that caliber.
Now that is what life is about.

Maybe I really should sit myself down and read some scriptures. Any suggestions as to where to start?

Soulfood

Your best friend’s new partner has to be lovely, and of course she is. Can we keep her? =)

And why this habit of wanting to keep beautiful people, animals and things? Is it not enough not only to come across them, but also to be in a position to appreciate their beauty? Given, this indicates unfinished business, but what if you’ve already exchanged the messages you were meant to, what are you then clinging on to?

It’s strange, this wandering. Seems so lost and disoriented until you suddenly see the pieces coming together. Until you look inside and intuitively know that things are as they should, and that everything is working towards where you are heading.

Midsummer is without a doubt my favorite holiday, and there is no place on earth I’d rather be than Scandinavia this time of year. Simply beautiful.

Good food includes chai, grapes and very generally: dried fruit and nuts. And, chocolate of course. =)

In other words

"It's about a way of relating to other people, to children and to adults. It's about naming control dramas and breaking through them and focusing on other people in a way that sends them energy"..."And if we are observant about who to talk with, then we get the answers we desire as a result"...Celestine Prophecy - J. Redfield

Maybe there are no coincidences. Practical applications have been turning up at every corner...

Coincidences don't exist - or is it that it is only coincidences that exist? As of lately I've been wondering if someone has been listening in to our discussions... careful wishing seems to have turned into some kind of reality. By coincidence?

click, click, click

(Old lessons revisting me of late...)

  • We are the cumulation of our experiences. This perhaps is better formulated as:
"We are the sum of our illusions. Those we chooses to create, uphold and remember."

  • The idea of increasing the energy value of food by thankfulness is a nice mind toy.

  • It seems it is best when a teacher is exactly a single step ahead and not more. Gaps do not stop the transmission, but they do hinder this being done efficiently.

  • And... a concept, most recently called "control drama" has turned up again. Reoccuring patterns standing in the way in self-actualization in different forms. The result? Human conflicts, and their influence, are seemingly decreasing in importance.

Escalator

On the steps most stand on the right hand side, and those in a rush hurry along on the left.
Some people don't know the unwritten rule that extends traffic rules to the escalator, or simply block traffic anyway. This isn't the case on stationary stairs or other parts of the subway where everyone just seems to rush.

Overall I am taken aback by the amount of silent communication that takes place in functioning large cities. It probably wouldn't work without, small tribe creatures that we are...

Questions and illusions

Sometimes the questions are more important than the answers - sometimes it's just about asking the right questions.

And sometimes the choice of illusion is more telling than the actual circumstance.

The otherwise indescribable connection

Varje männsklig varelse levde bakom en ogenomtränglig kvävande mur, innanför vilken annan än hon eller han existerade. Då o då nådde signaler fram från djupet av den avgrund där en annan människa vistades, så att de båda kunde treva sig mot varandra...

A new word

Pandit(/pundit).

He said, she said

He said: It's like a fork with lots of prongs merging into new forks.
She said: It's like a spiral, the same ever-growing circle.
And it didn't matter because the road was in front of them.

Commuting

The similarity between salsa and inter-city weaving is striking.
From the intricate footwork to sudden hip gyrations.
Reading one partner after another, facilitating the flow.
It seems as if life is no more (and no less) than a very intricate dance.

And the four of them sit there, silently thanking the next for an oasis of tranquility.
It goes without saying, nor should the quiet be broken.
