The United Democratic Republic (and Federation) of Excellent Persons would like to inform you the chairman has transformed into an apathetic coachroch. Although this is a common occurance for many United Democratic Republic (Federations), the recent turn of events has puzzled our team of scientists greatly until we were notified by our own Intelligence.
